Mexican Corn Hot Dish

2 cans Mexican corn
1 small red pepper, cut up in small pieces
2-8 ounce pgks. Pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1-4ounce can sliced jalapeño peppers, diced

Put in a square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Frito scoops or other chips, crackers, etc. Can be made ahead of time and then microwaved. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
